She Writes - shortlist selected!

After much agonising we have now selected a shortlist for our major programme She Writes - targeted directly at women screenwriters, co-presented together with our partners at Birds Eye View and supported by the Skillset Film Skills Fund. The shortlist has all been notified and everyone who applied should now have heard from us by email. If for some reason you have not yet heard from us you might check your spam folder - and if still no word, do please email us at SheWrites@scriptfactory.co.uk and we'll re-send. Thanks to everyone who applied - the response has been amazing! The programme caters for eight 'emerging' women writers who will join us over the course of 2010 - we'll announce the winners shortly.

It's been fantastic to partner The Script Factory - one of the most important organisations working in the film industry… If The Script Factory didn’t exist you’d have to invent it.
