Dorian Gray Preview plus Screentalk with Oliver Parker, Toby Finlay & Colin Firth
Mon 7 September 2009

Dorian Gray
Monday 7 September at 6.20pm
Barbican Cinema
A veteran of successfully filming Oscar Wilde’s much loved works (The Importance of Being Earnest, An Ideal Husband), director Oliver Parker’s third Wilde is an altogether spookier affair, in which a beautiful young man makes a devilish pact for eternal youth, only to discover a torturous price must be paid.
Ben Barnes in Dorian Gray Deliciously atmospheric - shot on location in Wilde’s London stomping ground - stars including Colin Firth, Emilia Fox, Rebecca Hall and Ben Barnes (as Gray) devour this superlative adaptation of Wilde’s gothic horror with evident relish.
In association with our colleagues at the Barbican and courtesy of Momentum Pictures, we’re delighted to be able to preview Dorian Gray and follow it with a ScreenTalk with director Oliver Parker, debut screenwrier, Toby Finlay and star Colin Firth.
Tickets for this event are on sale now priced £13.50 full / £11.50 online & concs. Click here to book or call 0845 1207527.
