REFUNDS
Thank you for choosing to undertake training with The Script Factory. We really hope you enjoy your course, though in the event you are not able to make the training on the day you have paid for, please consider our policy below.
Once paid, our course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In extenuating circumstances where we are given sufficient notice to fill the place, we may be able to offer a credit note. We consider sufficient notice to be 14 days or more before the first day of the training you have booked onto. If we are able to fill your place after the 14 days notice has expired, we may be able to issue you a credit note for your course fee though please note this is entirely at our discretion and you are not guaranteed any refund after the 14 days notice.
If you are unable to make any component days of a multiple day training course, we are, unfortunately, unable to offer you a place on another day of training to make up for the day you missed.
Please understand that all training at The Script Factory is run at cost, thus we have nominal margins for no-shows and last minute cancellations. If you have any questions about this policy, please call us on 020 7851 4890 to discuss.
