Thrive is an exclusive training fund which means you could potentially get 60% of your training costs paid for, plus a further 40% later. Applicants to Thrive can get a FREE Training Needs Analysis (worth £350) helping you identify and choose the training that is right for you. The funding covers all types of courses programmes and you can select courses from anywhere in the country.
