Writers' Passage
Writers' Passage ran from 2002 - 2004 and was supported by the Lottery through the UK FILM COUNCIL's Training Fund. The writers of nine feature projects joined us for a nine month period, during which time they have the opportunity to hear their work read by a group of professional actors; learn from the experiences of successful screenwriters; study story-telling craft with The Script Factory's training team; receive individual feedback from an industry mentor and learn how to pitch their final script to the UK Film market.
In 2004-2006, Screen West Midlands supported writers in the West Midlands' area by funding Writers' Passage West Midlands. See below for details on the writers who have most recently graduated from this programme.
