Shian Holt
Shian Holt has been working in TV & Film since 2000. Having been awarded a place as a New Entrant Locations Trainee with Scottish Screen, she then continued to work as Unit Manager and Location Manager on Feature Films, TV dramas, comedy and commercials. In 2004 she also worked as Production Manager on No Man’s Land, a Tartan Short, and in 2005 The Race, a New Found Land short film. Since 2007 Shian has been working as Production Manager for Ko Lik Films, a stop frame animation studio based in Edinburgh. The Finger Trap is her first role as Producer.

The Finger Trap is a stop frame animated short film. Sometimes temptation is too hard to resist for Wilson Brown and his Chinese finger trap.
The elderly but young at heart WILSON BROWN becomes stuck in his Chinese finger trap toy whilst preparing an anniversary surprise for his wife. His increasingly desperate attempts to free himself result in him swinging from the light fitting, providing his wife with an altogether different surprise.
