Emily Blickem
Emily is an accomplished short film producer, with films including The Horsemen, Burning Love; screened at the Cambridge Film Festival in 2006, and Black Box; an environmental comedy written and directed by Emily.
She went on to produce Guilty, an abstract documentary developed as part of Screen East’s 2007 Digital Shorts scheme, her work on Guilty led to her involvement as Production Manager on another Digital Short, Blood on His Hands.
In 2007, Emily completed production on One Little Step, an award winning seaside musical and her third short as writer, producer and director.
Emily’s films have been screening internationally, One Little Step won at the Gotta Dance Film Festival and took the Audience Choice Award at Stamford Film Festival. The Horsemen has been acquired by the MiniMovie Channel and Blood on His Hands recently screened (and was nominated) at the Raindance Film Festival in London.
