The Script Factory aims to help you write yourself, or get the best out of the writers you are planning to work with. On these pages you'll find a handy resource guide to help you do just that.
In addition do note that we run a range of Development initiatives ourselves, from offering Script Feedback and one-to-one Development Meetings through to our unique Friendly Producers scheme through which attendees at our training courses have the chance to meet one of the country's top producers.
Writers often ask the same questions, and there are usually a range of possible answers. Check our FAQs to see the most frequently asked ones, and read some of the most useful answers we have collected.

Read our Book & Magazines list to find out which sources we most recommend to make filmmaking an easier task.
Have a look at our On-Line Guide to find out where else on the web you can go to for writer-related information and assistance.
Check our list of Other Organisations to see who else might be of interest to you.
In addition, we are often approached by producers, financiers etc on the hunt for new writing talent. We have worked with a large range of writers and may well know the writer or the project you are looking for. For information about some of the people we have worked with, click on our Looking For A Writer section now.

Finally, we can't write your script for you but we can give you a little help while you do it - click to get the best deals on screenwriting software, Final Draft.
If you have books, websites, or other organisations which you've found useful in your work, we'd love to hear about them. Please let us know by emailing your suggestions to general@scriptfactory.co.uk
