Tom Knight
Tom Knight is a producer with a keen attention to detail coupled with passion for creative short films. A recent graduate in Video Production from the University Of Gloucestershire, Tom has returned to Birmingham to launch himself.
Achievements to date include ‘Best Film’ at the 2007 Viewfinder Film Festival and the Screenwriters Festival awards for ‘Best Producer’.
Recently Tom has been producing a variety of different video projects due to be distributed on different platforms. Both Tom and Lewis have been heavily involved in the creation and editorial of Fresh DVD magazine. Fresh is a lifestyle DVD magazine to be distributed to 500,000 students in 2008. Tom regularly works alongside Julia Higginbottom at Aquila to co produce projects for both broadcast and corporate clients.
Tom Knight is ultimately cool, under pressure.

Spirited traces an old lady’s quest to recapture some precious moments with her late husband – and in the process she rediscovers her inner spark.
70 year-old Mary is on a mission. When her visitor fails to turn up, she goes to his house – only to find he’s been tagged and can no longer do her ‘shopping’. Reluctantly, she decides to do it herself – and takes the Ring & Ride bus to a dodgy estate, buys skunk, gets chased by girl hoodies, overcomes a lechy old bloke, and trudges miles home. Back in her pensioner’s bungalow, Mary smokes the skunk and hallucinates an afternoon’s dancing with her beloved late husband. Interrupted by the impatient Warden, Mary stands up to her at last: Mary’s tough but successful mission has re-ignited her spark.
An intimate character drama, Spirited will intrigue, surprise and amuse an audience, then delight them with an upbeat, life-affirming ending.
