Aimee Bowen
Since graduating, Aimee has worked at two national charities. At the moment she is as Corporate Fundraiser at HRUK. She has built the corporate fundraising department from scratch and, day-to-day, sets budgets, write funding proposals, research companies, network, meet with potential supporters, develop long term plans for working with companies, draw up contracts and build and manage relationships. All of this has proved good producing skills which Aimee has transferred to her creative projects developing short films.
She is currently working as producer with Jez Gee, writer/director, on Overslept.
Aimee has been selected onto Digital Shorts by Screen Yorkshire with the project Overslept
Overslept is a short film which follows Dan who, after waking in a girl’s room, must make his way undetected through a house where everything is not quite as it seems.
