Rosalie Faithfull
“I am an up and coming producer, so far having made 2 funded digital shorts, one of which was nominated for the Yorkshire Short Film Award, plus an award-winning student film. Story is what is important to me, creating a well made, cleverly put together moving and entertaining story. I currently live and work in Leeds where I am production managing other people’s films while I develop my next short. My next film will be the first one that I have written as well as produced. I’m hoping to do some further study at the end of this year and I’m considering film school.”
Rosalie has been shortlisted by Screen Yorkshire, and is currently developing the project Departures (working title).
A short Short. A brief glimpse into the lives of two “ordinary” kids and the different ways they feel about their relationship when the time comes to say goodbye. At the same time this is a far wider snapshot of relationships today in our confused consumer society. Aren’t we all looking for some sort of sign?
