Suzanne Reid

After training to be an actress Suzanne moved to London and worked for 6 years in advertising. She then spent 4 years at Channel 4 Television working on their first ever re-branding as well as many sponsorship campaigns, programme titles and idents. While at Channel 4 she produced her first short film Noid. In 1998 Suzanne moved back to Scotland, taking up the position as Head of Production at a commercial production company based in Glasgow, where she spent 7 years producing high-end commercials. In 2005 Suzanne left that company to concentrate on features and short films and has worked as Production Manager on feature films The Flying Scotsman, Stone of Destiny, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, Valhalla Rising and Eagle of the Ninth and Line Produced low-budget horror Outpost. Suzanne has also produced 4 short films in this time – Tartan Short The Harvest, which was screened on BBC1 and shorts Daddy, Alfonso and The Pedestrian were produced through Capricorn Film Productions Ltd.
 
Suzanne has been shortlisted by Digicult for her project Amanda.
